Measuring Microscope

The device is designed for visual control of technological operations and quality control of the production of analyzed samples, obtaining enlarged images of objects (or details of their structures), measuring the angular and linear dimensions of the observed objects.

Key features and capabilities:

• work in reflected and transmitted light;
• trinocular tube with adjustable eyepiece angle 0 - 30°, flow distribution 100: 0/0: 100;
• telephoto lenses (magnification - working distance): 5x - 18 mm, 10x - 15 mm, 20x - 4.5 mm, 50x - 11 mm;
• short-focus lenses (magnification - working distance): 50x - 1 mm, 100x - 1 mm, 150x - 1.5 mm;
• automatic adjustment of the aperture diaphragm when switching between light / dark field modes.
