We celebrate a year of effective cooperation with Mapper Company

Mapper Lithography is a leading global company from the Netherlands developing unique multipath electron lithography systems for mass semiconductor manufacturing. The facility should combine 650,000 parallel electron beams into a single lithographic system, which will revolutionize the technology of mass production of semiconductor wafers. The Mapper company produces elements of optics of an electronic column for multipath lithography plants using the technology of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS).

“Mapper is one of our clients who has been ordering production of some of their developments at FMN Laboratory. We started cooperation with the implementation of bilateral combining, bonding and IR inspection operations and are constantly increasing the range of services we provide”, said Ilya Rodionov, FMN Laboratory Director.
