FMN Lab at the Russian Diagnostic Summit 2021
Vitaly Ryzhkov, a leading researcher in the field of bionanotechnology, FMN Laboratory, took part in the annual Laboratory City Congress, which was held on October 19-21 at Crocus Expo under the auspices of the Federation of Laboratory Medicine of Russia.
Vitaly made a presentation on the topic “Elementary base of systems for bedside express diagnostics” within the section “On the way to bedside testing and individual medicine”.
The Summit considered topical issues of the laboratory, radiation, ultrasound and functional diagnostics, issues of expert interdisciplinary interaction, digitalization of diagnostic healthcare industries.
The promising developments of FMN Laboratory today are aimed at creating a new generation of bioanalytical devices – laboratories-on-a-chip and personalized medical devices, which will significantly reduce the volume of samples and expensive reagents, as well as increase the speed of analyzes, expand the range of detected biomarkers, and miniaturize devices. The devices we are working on today will make laboratory methods diagnostics available for the most remote settlements, on long-term expeditions, and for telemedicine.
